We cater any and most events, from formal to casual. Our menu items consists primarily in barbecue consisting of pulled pork, pork loin, ribs, pulled beef, beef tri-tip, turkey, and chicken wings. We also have a large variety of different side items that we do, potato salad, baked beans, and pasta salad, to name a few!

Baby Back ribs this week!!! Making a large order and will have a few extra racks for sale, $ 16.00 for a full rack. Packaged & frozen or fresh from the cooker if you prefer, slow smoked over oak & hickory woods then glazed with a bit of sweet heat.

We are currently selling prepackaged & frozen pulled pork and chicken wings, ready to eat, all you have to do is heat and serve!!

New product from Top Shelf..barbecued shredded beef. Many of you have had our pulled pork, this is a similar cut of beef prepared the same way. Slow smoked beef, using oak and hickory wood, for about 10 hours. Then pulled, seasoned, and sauced. A new fav of mine! We have it packaged and frozen for all you hungry BBQ fans.
