The 1788 Ranch
(formally known as The Barn at Live Oak Ranch)

For years, this land has been a place of gathering, celebration, and family. Today, we honor the past and step confidently into the future with a name that carries deep meaning for us.

The name draws inspiration from two milestone years in our family, 1988 when my parents got married, and 2017, the year we got married. When placed together, these dates form 1788, the very year Georgia became a state.

It feels like more than coincidence, It feels like was meant to be.

This new name reflects our heart for this land, our family, and the generations who will celebrate here. A place where love stories continue , where roots run deep, and where refined ranch charm meets timeless romance.

A new chapter begins.

Beautiful things grow when they’re rooted in love — and today we get to share a very special announcement.

After prayer and reflection, we are thrilled to share that The Barn at Live Oak Ranch will remain in our family!
Our daughter and son-in-law, Morgin & Ethan, have decided to step in and carry forward this dream, continuing the legacy, love, and Southern hospitality Live Oak Ranch was built on.

We will still be here and involved, but we are so excited to pass the reins to the next generation and watch them pour their hearts into this place.

Thank you to each bride, family, and friend who has supported our journey. The best is yet to come.💗
