📌 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY — PLEASE READ

As Hidden Talents by Jonica, LLC continues to grow, I want to kindly share our booking and payment policy to ensure a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience for all clients ✨

✨ Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
• For larger or custom events, 50% of the total balance is required at booking
• Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received

✨ Final Payment Deadlines
• Standard events: Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date
• Larger or custom events: Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date

✨ Materials & Setup Policy
• Hidden Talents purchases all materials used for your setup
• We do not allow clients to purchase items on our behalf
• This ensures quality control, design consistency, and a seamless setup experience

✨ Important Notice
• No materials will be purchased and no setup will take place without payment being made in full by the applicable due date
• Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit
