Biodynamic horn mature, stuffed w cow mature for 8 months in the ground. We take this in a rain water and mix for an hour at end of the day and apply on the field.

It took a lot of prep work, but it was worth it - woke up at 5am, drove to the city, and navigated snowy sidewalks to get to , an amazing kimono teacher who did a beautiful kitsuke. I was so proud of myself and never wanted to take it off. Then, cross over GW bridge back to NJ. I headed to for a wonderful tea ceremony with Keiko, who is an incredible teacher - we had koicha, usucha, and beautiful horse-shaped sweets with lunch. The Japanese tea room was stunning. Looking forward for a long commitment to learn about tea is starting this year.

Homemade Japanese dinner and desserts with my two amazing best friends of many decades. So full, so happy, so grateful. Slipped on the ice but made it home safely — worth every step.

Biodynamic yuzu, these are the end of the season now, the roots came from south part of Japan . The plant did very well, 3 years old root and took 4 years to have yuzu fruits. Thank you for helping Nozomi, my old friend from fashion college in Tokyo #柚子 #ゆず
