Looks like a small window of no rain from noon to bout 3-4. Gonna try to set up at FirstBank for a while and move some food!! Be there from 12 ish till sell out or rain out. Come on by!! Brisket, Ribs, bbq, chicken, bologna, boneless ribs, pork ends etc. Limited Mac today as I unfortunately ruined two pans with a flame up. Ugh. It happens.

Schedule Update: Sorry that I’m late getting this out there, but I will not be out today or Thursday in New Mkt. I need to take a few days off to get reorganized etc and do some other things that need to be done maintenance wise. Been going like crazy for last few months and need to take some time to get things done. I was covered up with caterings as well lately. I’m not sure yet on Friday at FirstBank. I’ve got an MRI in Knoxville early Friday and I’ll have to see when I get done etc. Thanks for the support but every so often I have to take time to fix things, work on generators, equipment etc. It’s a 7 day a week business and have to take time every so often to address things that need attention etc. See yall soon.

Update: I will not be out today or Friday, 5/8/26. I have been covered up w catering jobs. Sorry. Not sure about next week yet as I have caterings to do and dealing with a significant shoulder injury I incurred about 10 weeks ago and been pushing through it. May do some bulk orders for pickup, I’ll post if I do. Thanks!!
