Some celebrations are beautiful because of how they look.

And then there are celebrations that are beautiful because of how deeply they feel. 🤍

This past weekend, the Skeltons gathered their family and friends on Abby’s family farm to celebrate their marriage — and every little detail felt like them.

Guests traveled from all over the country — and even from Japan — to be there. And from the moment they arrived, they were welcomed into something incredibly personal and sentimental.

Paper cranes hung from the trees, creating the most beautiful nod to their story. 🎋

Live guitarists played, including Abby’s own dad, as the newlyweds themselves welcomed their guests.🎶

Dinner wasn’t a traditional catered meal. Instead, it was a potluck, with every guest bringing something delicious to share — turning dinner into another piece of the celebration created by the people they love most.

Their wedding cake featured beautiful stained glass artwork of the two of them, along with countless other details that made the day feel completely unique to Abby and Zach.

Nothing about this celebration felt cookie-cutter.

It felt like family. Friendship. Home. History. Love.

And honestly, that is what we love most about what we do at Living Moments — helping our couples create celebrations that aren’t just beautiful, but meaningful.

My Steve really hit it off with Nohle even though they only got to meet one time. He will be missed.

Nohle Vance Vincent Jensen, age 38, of Winfield, formerly of Boonville, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026, at his home.

***The military procession escorting Sgt. Nohle Jensen home to Boonville will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15. The procession will travel north on Highway 5 and is expected to arrive in Boonville between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m., concluding at Howard Millard Funeral Home.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Howard-Millard Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to follow at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Tim Fairley as officiant.

Nohle was born on May 3, 1988, in Columbia, Missouri, the son of Gary and Dianna (Mueller) Jensen. He graduated from Boonville High School, Class of 2007. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Senior Supply NCO and continued his commitment to service through active duty with the Missouri Army National Guard.

Nohle will be remembered for the energy, kindness, and joy he brought into every room he entered. He lived life with a spirit that was both bold and generous. Nohle was a long-distance runner, known for outrunning nearly everyone during his military career. His service took him around the world, and he embraced every opportunity to travel and experience new places. He was also known for his massive shoe collection, his love of soccer, and his ability to bring joy and energy to any gathering. He truly was the life of the party.

Nohle was also a huge St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed spending time with friends watching games. He also enjoyed attending North Road Community Church and working a variety of jobs that allowed him to stay active and connected with people, including Uber, Amazon, and Walmart delivery. His enthusiasm for life and his generous spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. His massive shoe collection, his unforgettable humor, and his ability to make others feel seen and valued are memories his family and friends will carry forward with deep affection. But his greatest love was being a DAD!

He is survived by his wife, Sonya (Gibson) Jensen; his daughter, Aila Mae Jensen; his stepdaughter, Rowin Crane; his mother, Dianna Jensen; his brother, Kaden Shane Jensen; his military family and many other dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Jensen, and his grandparents: Betty Nadine and Carl Yantz; Peter Jensen; and Adele Cecelia and Vincent Anthony Mueller; and honorary grandparents Mary and Jerome Hundley.
