Attention all Ticket Holders. Most refunds were processed the day we announced the cancellation of Overland of America 2026. We did have 16 orders left to refund that we ran into issues with the ticket platform processing. We was receiving a 3-D Authentication Failed Error. After working all week, back and forth with them, they finally got it fixed. We were able to send out 4-5 refunds a day before we’d get this error, so the majority went out during the week. Our final 3 orders were processed for refunds yesterday Aug 1st.
We will now start issuing refunds for our vendors by sending our refund checks. Those should arrive within 7-10 days.
Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding. We appreciate the outpouring of support we’ve received during this difficult time. This isnt the end for us.
