Don’t forget our weekly open play days!!! When you come in there’s a table set up you sign a waiver, I have my Venmo and cash app posted on the table you can scan to pay or you can pay in cash!! $8 per kid!!

Info for parties!!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE THING AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE BOOKING😊

$250 for a private(place to yourselves) 3 hour time slot. The place is 4,125 sq ft. This includes the venue with everything to play and tables and chairs. We have 3 different time slots of 10am-1pm, 1:30pm-430pm, and 5pm-8pm for Saturday and Sundays. You can do week nights if needed also for any 3 hour time you need. These time slots are allotted for time to SET UP AND DECORATE and PLAY/PARTY TIME and CLEANING, which means the times will include time for you to set up and clean up. Set your party time at what times you need to allow for set up and clean up within your 3 hour time slot.

Most people do these party times to allow themselves at least 30 mins to set up and clean up ⬇️

10:30am-12:30pm
2pm-4pm
5:30pm-7:30pm

You have the place for 3 hours to do as you need. I will have a seperate list of clean up expectations I will send out. No restrictions on outside food! And you can bring your own decorations!

If your time slot ends at 1pm you need to be cleaned up and ready to leave at 1pm.
If your time slot ends at 430pm you need to be cleaned up and ready to leave at 430pm. You dont have to wait on me to get there before you leave but you can message me to let me know you are leaving if you like!😊

If you think you need extra time I HIGHLY suggest to choose the 10-1 or 5-8 time slots as I can let you in a little before 10 or you can stay a little past 8.

I have 4 8ft tables and 30 chairs for adults and 3 4ft tables and 20 chairs for kids. There are two 6ft tables that can be used for food/gifts or whatever. They are all rectangle.

We have a fridge and a microwave for use!

I have an ice machine for use!

We have a bathroom with a changing table

$50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to book/hold your date at time of booking! This comes off the total amount. You can send a deposit via
-Venmo,
-Cash app
-PayPal
(friends and family for all of these please) or if you prefer cash I can meet you in jasper or curry for it! If you need to use a card there will be a 3.5% credit card fee. The remaining balance($200) will be due the Thursday before your party date if you are doing electronic payment or cash only on party day.
