At this time, we are still trying to avoid requiring deposits. We know that makes booking easier for everyone, and we truly want to keep it that way.

But lately we have had several people book and then cancel, some very last minute. Please remember that once you book, we are holding that inflatable and date specifically for you. That means other customers may miss out.

We completely understand that emergencies and weather happen. This post is not about that. This is simply a reminder to please be thoughtful when booking and don’t take advantage of our no-deposit option.

If cancellations continue, we may have to start requiring deposits in the future.

For the best snow cones, we recommend using bagged ice from the store or small/medium ice cubes. Try to avoid huge chunky ice because it may not shave as smoothly.

For a 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫 snow cone texture, let your ice sit out for about 10 minutes before using it. That little thaw makes the good, fluffy snow magic happen. 🍧
