Last night was one of our favorite nights! We gave out one batch of our scholarships at Senior Awards Night at one of the local high schools.

This year, thanks to your attendance and purchases at our beverage areas, we were able to give out:

9 Janesville Renaissance Faire Scholarships
5 Rick Kakouris Memorial Scholarships

We still have more scholarships to give out, too! Thank you for helping us on our mission to provide financial support to students entering 2-year, 4-year, or technical schools to further their education!

Our show is built to help serve and support the community. Thanks to your donations at the gate this year, we were able to collectively donate over 1100lbs of food and personal care items to ECHO!

Please consider continuing the support and donate directly to their amazing efforts!

ECHO provides temporary housing, food, transportation and other emergency needs for low-income families in Rock County, Wisconsin.

Q: Are dogs (or other pets) allowed on site?
A: Unfortunately, no. While we would love to see all of your furry, feathery, scaly, and otherwise awesome pets, our insurance for special events supersedes park regulations and we are unable to allow anything but certified service animals on site. Also, we would never get any work done, because we love animals.

Q: Can I wear my sword, dagger, other weapon-type-thing?
A: Yes, but we require period appropriate weapons to be sheathed and peace-tied for the safety of our guests. No modern weapons are allowed for our special event.

Q: Can we dress up?
A: Yes! We would love to see your outfits and enjoy the creativity of our guests!

Q: Can we buy tickets in advance?
A: No, we only do ticket sales on site the day of. That helps keep our costs down for admission.

Q: Do you take card?
A: It is CASH only at the gate for entrance and for beer and soda. Many of our merchants do take card, but the signal at the park is spotty, so Cash is King.

Q: Is there an ATM on site?
A: Yes! We have an ATM company set up a mobile unit at the park for the event.

It's back! Historic Craft Beer Presentation and Tasting!
This year we are featuring seasonal beers with a historic porter/stout with specialty ciders and mead! We also welcome back Jen Higgins of Wizard Works Brewing, joining us with their Maibock!

$15 for 5 pours. Each day at 2:30 pm!

Get your tickets quickly, as each day sells out! Tickets are available on site at the May Day Tavern for cash, only 20 available daily!
