We went through the last 5 lbs of BRISKET yesterday morning!
We are SOLD OUT of brisket for today…. But no worries, I have briskets headed for the smoker this afternoon, and WILL be stocked for next Wednesday!
We do have some SMOKED PORK! Give that a try today, you won’be disappointed !

We are done when we start to freeze the water lines!
With that said, I brought in another few month coffee order!
And last but not least… I’ve been playing around with a few brands of COLD FOAM CREAMER in the flavor lab…. And will be adding this particular brand to the coffee chaos tomorrow!
Our coffee supply is up to $53 a lb……. But our prices stay THE SAME FOR YOU!

The SMOKED PORK sandwich!
WARNING: This thing is not a “eat while you drive sandwich….” It’s bigger than your Uncle Sharon’s hands…
What is the SMOKED PORK?
It’s a generous slab of our 14 hour, smoked pork shoulder, that does NOT get pulled till delivered to the sandwich! Topped with two eggs & two slices of cheese on a TOASTY Kaiser hard roll!
(I was told by many so far, do NOT get two sandwiches, because this one is two meals 😂)
