Movement has always been about more than exercise for me.

As a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I taught older adults and had the joy of teaching 100+ people during my first year.

One of my favorite parts of every class was how we ended—with a moment to be still, take a breath, give ourselves a hug, and leave with a little more peace and mindfulness than we came in with.

That’s what I want movement to be: a chance to care for your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

I’m excited to bring that same heart, energy, and intention to the experiences I’m creating next.
