We’d love to cater a memorable meal for you, like this 30 person, 4 course dinner we recently executed. Beginning the meal with local butternut and toasted pine nut bruschetta on crostini, followed by smokey blue and hazelnut little gem salad. For the main course we serve organic chicken Coq au Vin with garlic whipped potatoes, local winter-sweet braised carrots from and romanesco broccoli from . To finish the meal we served our gluten-free lemon polenta cake with rosemary infused vanilla bean whipped cream and candied ginger. It was a night to remember for all who feasted!
