We recently learned of the passing of Chris Payton-Jones of , and our hearts are incredibly heavy.

Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He had a calm spirit, a genuine smile, and a way of making every couple feel seen and celebrated. The love he captured wasn’t just through a lens, you could feel it.

Praying his family especially his son, and everyone who knew and loved him.

Hey loves! I wanted to share a quick update. Elope Jax has been a little quiet lately. Not because we don’t adore celebrating your love stories, but because I (Hillary!) am currently working on completing my MBA program. 🎓

To give our couples the best experience possible, I’m taking a temporary pause on consultations and new bookings while I focus on this big milestone.

But don’t worry!!! We’ll be back soon, refreshed and ready to serve more beautiful elopements and intimate weddings across Jacksonville. 💍
