Ok, and sorry for yet another change in plans, but just got word from the state that we ARE ALLOWED to sell curbside package beverages (bottled and canned beer and bottles of liquor). For technical, 4COP and 3PS licenses are allowed to do this (along with the restaurants and breweries/distilleries). Sorry about the news switching, but please consider any to go food/beverage purchasing from us! Myself (Paul here) and my staff would certainly appreciate it 😊

I popped in to see Jeff at Coop 303 not long after they first opened, met some stunningly picture perfect locals and enjoyed a craft bourbon old fashioned. It was a departure from my neater tendencies but Jeff convinced me to stray, and I trust him so I did.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

But I haven't been to their rendition of happy hour yet, which I hear is pretty good. Could be another nice date night for me and my camera.

This one you don't see stocked at many bars. It was another Logan suggestion that was spot on.

I went back to on a different occasion to have another go at Widow Jane just cuz it was that good the first time. It's a bit pricey but worth it for a treat shot.

❤ Mellow Mushroom has a good whiskey selection if you're a fan. Great game day atmosphere too for sports watching.

It's a Wild Turkey product. Oddly enough I've toured the distillery in Kentucky once upon a hot summer. .
The 101 version has been a long time go to bourbon for me. This one is a solid step up. .
I should mention I asked the bartender, Logan, for a suggestion, which I don't do often unless I trust they know my taste profile ...and the difference between a scotch and bourbon (you'd be surprised how many bartenders don't).
