I’ve been trying to put off this announcement, but we are living in terribly uncertain times. Ellis & Deen won’t be returning to the Jacksonville Farmers Market as it will be taken over by a major Northeast Florida Food Bank in the near future. In truth, it just does not align with my demographic of higher end florals/gifts/gourmet foods as big changes begin to take place at that historic venue. I am simply unwilling to take on the commitment of a new brick and mortar retail space right now. Been there, done that! Combined with multiple floral supply chain crises and looming pandemic fallouts (the poor groom from my last wedding was given a positive variant diagnosis the very day of the rehearsal) I feel this is the correct course of action. Therefore, I am closing for now and will revisit the subject when the dust of this planet settles. Thank you for all your friendship and support.
