A section of Church Avenue NE between Sixth and Eighth Street, as well as a connecting part of Roebuck Waters Street NE, will be closed beginning Tuesday, August 20 through the planned date of Friday, October 25. Drivers can detour onto Second Avenue NE during the closure. This temporary closure helps facilitate infrastructure work for the Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts, and we appreciate the public's patience and understanding.

A section of Church Avenue NE between Sixth and Eighth avenues, as well as a connecting part of Roebuck Waters Street NE, will be closed to facilitate work on the Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts; the closure will begin Tuesday, August 20 and continue through the planned date of October 25. Drivers can detour onto Second Avenue NE during the closure. The ROC will be a major benefit to Jacksonville and its residents, and both the City of Jacksonville and Jacksonville State University appreciate the public's patience through its construction.
