Rental Return Policy ā R\&T Rentals and Event Decor
**Effective August 1, 2025**
At R\&T Rentals and Event Decor, we strive to provide exceptional service and maintain the quality and availability of our rental items for all customers. Please review the following return policy carefully
**Same-Day Return Requirement**
***All customer pickups must be returned the same day** unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of booking or pickup.
**Late Returns**
***A late fee will be applied** to any items not returned on the same day of pickup.
* The late fee amount will vary depending on the items rented and the length of delay.
* This fee is non-negotiable unless prior approval for a later return has been granted by R\&T Rentals and Event Decor.
**Prior Arrangements**
* Customers needing to return items the following day or beyond must contact R\&T Rentals and Event Decor **in advance** to discuss availability and obtain prior approval.
* Extended rental times may incur additional rental charges.
