When we discuss event customization - here's where the countless hours and planning comes in!

What presents as a well curated bar experience began months prior to show time. Let's take a high level view.....

Photo shoot with w/ scheduled wardrobe, professional hair & makeup.

Brain dump w/ graphic artist to nail down color palettes, font type, and specifications on client logo

Several meetings w/ master bartender to create custom cocktails with color specification and ingredients. These meetings also include drinkware, sizing color, dimensions and variations.

Meetings and drafts left and right with to design custom bar panels, colors and quote - Using the identical font designs throughout the event to keep things consistent

e320 Events rentals on gold glass shelving units and florals to align w/ presentation.

We are in awe of the number of intricacies we build-out as a professional event and wedding planning company.

In every e320 event, there isn't a detail we are not aware of, haven't touched, or a decision we haven't made. We truly don't pop our collar enough.

The details, meetings, timelines, conversations, measurements, floorplans, design hours, reworks, overworks, rehearsals, fittings, and professional pivoting that goes into this is immeasurable. Ask anyone who's planned an event on their own. Majority will admit, they wished they'd invested in professional event planning services.
