Enjoy a tour of the brewery production area on the first Saturday of the Month at 2PM by one of VU🍺's Brewers! The VU🍺 Tour is $10 per person (+ sales tax) and includes a guided tour, 3 sample pours of VU🍺 beers on tap of your choosing PLUS 10% discount on TO-GO VU🍺beer! World Ranger Day is celebrated around the world on July 31st each year on the anniversary of the founding of The International Ranger Federation (IRF), an organization that supports the work of rangers as the key protectors of parks and conservation.

World Ranger Day will also be a day to remember the many rangers who have been injured or killed in the line of duty while protecting national and state parks.

Tiger Day is a day to celebrate tigers, to raise awareness for the need for their preservation and to promote the protection and expansion of their habitats!

The dwindling number of tigers has been caused by a number of factors, most tied to habitat loss (human factor).

Wild tigers are only found in Asia.

Tigers are the largest felines in the world, with an average length of 4.8 to 9.5 feet and a weight of 165 to 716 pounds.

The largest tigers are Siberian tigers, also called Amur, which are about 10.75 feet long with a weight of about 660 pounds (that's 300KG!).

The smallest tiger is the Sumatran tiger.

There are nine subspecies of tigers, but three are now extinct.

Tigers usually are orange with black stripes but can be other colors as well, such as white with tan stripes.

The markings are different on every tiger, just like fingerprints on a human!

Full Hay Moon as high summer is the time to cut and cure hay to put away for winter feed.

Feather Moulting Moon (Cree)

Salmon Moon, a Tlingit term indicating when fish returned to the area and were ready to be harvested.
