One of my favorite things is to work with our fellow event planners/designers utilizing our inventory to help make their events more successful! Welcome back corporate groups! We were so excited to do a pirate 🏴☠️ ⚜️👑 themed event at the Sawgrass Marriott last night! Our creative team custom design centerpieces entranceway decor and photo booth backdrops to fit the theme… Such a good time for all those that attended !!

It has been a refreshingly nice couple weeks of feeling normal again in business. From a casino night in Ponte Vedra to 150 Booth tradeshow at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds… We’ve also booked a motorcoach full of tours for the first week of March. Thank you so much to those that are supporting Destination Planning and keeping us alive. We have served this community for 18 years and hope to be around a few more!
Our team did a beautiful job setting up this wedding today at treaty Oak Park with a reception to follow at Whitehall Jax. Way to go Florida when he supposed team!!

So what do you do when the radar shows this and your wedding is supposed to start in two hours? You listen to your wedding planner and move the wedding inside! That’s why you’ve hired a professional. Everything turned out great and r the guests stayed dry
Kelly Farms was the perfect venue to host this church event a couple weeks ago… I absolutely love working this venue and invite everyone to come see it. It’s only 15 minutes from the historic district of Saint Augustine and is the perfect place to host a Christmas party, wedding, Family reunion or most anything…
Our stage never looked any better than it did this past week at Azaleana Manor… We pulled this wedding together in two weeks when they shut down travel to India. Our groom lived in Canada, our bride lived in Albany, the sister lived in Dallas, and they got married in Jacksonville! It was a mad rush to make it all happen but we managed to pull it off!
Great night with the chamber Trustee folks… My first hockey game in Jacksonville with my creative director Devin Clevenger. We really had fun. Great job Jacksonville regional Chamber of Commerce! 
Today we hosted a fantastic baby shower at Azaleana Manor… If you don’t know about this gorgeous 10,000 square-foot bed-and-breakfast on the river in Orange Park you really should check it out it’s the perfect place to host your next event

Want a tip on a really beautiful park to have a Wedding in? Alpine Grove Park in fruit Cove is absolutely beautiful and very inexpensive to rent. We did a wedding there today and we have another one there on Friday of this upcoming week. You don’t have to spend a fortune to have a gorgeous wedding day
I have no doubt that the bride and groom from the wedding I had the pleasure of working with tonight will have a long and happy marriage. How do I know this you ask? Because they have God in their life and in their hearts. Their wedding was affected one year ago today when they were told they had to cancel it due to Covid. they went ahead and eloped exactly one year to the day and today one year later they were able to celebrate their one year anniversary with all of their loved ones. Covid is a horrible disease but it will not take down good people!! Congratulations to this amazing couple and I wish them all the love and happiness in the world
This past weekend we did a wedding Timuquana country club for the most beautiful couple… They did everything first class and were so joyful to work with. We did all their florals/Decour and coordination services. Wes Benwick was an awesome DJ!! This country club is such a jacksonville gem!!. We didn’t let a little rain ruin this day!!
Tonight was the most beautiful night for a wedding! Lacy Who did some work with us a few years back got married tonight at Azaleana Manor. She made such a beautiful bride and everything about her wedding was tasteful. The music during the ceremony was so gorgeous and as I watched it live streamed I thought it was professional singers. I found out it was actually the bride and groom singing. Their voices were utterly amazing! Thursday night turned out to be a perfect night for a wedding… Who needs to wait for a Saturday?
