Schedule 8/18-8/24. Really short week this week. My awesome wife surprised me with concert tickets to the Red Clay Strays on Wednesday night so we will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. Y’all know I don’t deserve her. I also told 2 customers last week that we would have burnt ends in macclenny on Tuesday but didn’t realize it was UPS week. So I will have them in macclenny on Friday for lunch and also again next Tuesday.

THANK YOU Baker County, y’all showed up today! Wore this ole boy out but guess what? We will be back tomorrow same place same time same slow smoked BBQ (well technically not the same BBQ yall bought it all out today). Going home now to load the smoker back full. See yall tomorrow.

Saturday! The last Saturday before school starts back! Are you excited or sad? I’m praying for a bountiful new school year for all the students, teachers, and staff for 25/26 school year. Come see us today at the back to school market at The Ninth Hour Coffee Roasters on 90 across from Family Dollar. Window will open around 10:30 and closing at 2. Pickup lunch and dinner while you’re there plus tons of other vendors. See yall when you get there!

Happy Friday!! The weekend is here! Halsema today is your day! We will be at Norman’s Food store today from 11-5:30/6 unless yall buy it all before that! It’s been a few weeks but we are back today! Try a sliced pork sandwich, a BBQ salad, them juicy tender ribs, a BBQ loaded potato or all 4 ingredients plus more. See yall when you get there!
