Let’s talk about a Plan B! ☔️

As we all know….Florida’s weather is unpredictable. You can watch the news and monitor all of the weather apps, and still find yourself in an unexpected rain shower.

This is why it is sooo important to have a backup plan on your big day! The last thing we want to do is disappoint our clients when it comes to the weather. However, we cannot set up outside if there is a chance of rain. Why? Because our soft play equipment is made of foam. If our soft play or ball pits are caught in the rain, it will cause damage that cannot be repaired.

Originally, for this event, we were planning to set up outside. However, after monitoring the weather, it was decided that the ball pit needed to be moved indoors due to the high chance of rain for the day. These clients opened up space in their living room, and it was perfect! The clients were happy, the guests were happy, and our equipment stayed dry!

It’s always a hard conversation to have, but we are so thankful for our clients for understating and working with us. We promise you and your guests will be so happy to have a dry area for the kids to play when it starts to rain!

We really enjoyed working with so many talented vendors for Lyla’s Sweet One! 🍬 This Mama asked us to design and create multiple vinyl decals for this party along with our large ball pit, and we absolutely LOVE how it all turned out!
