Still not over this one 🤍

Katie trusted me with one of the biggest transformations I’ve taken on yet at Brick & Beam, and seeing it all come together was such a special moment. With the help of some incredible venue staff and my two amazing assistants, we completely flipped the space from ceremony to an intimate dinner setup filled with candlelight, soft florals, and over 80 bud vases that I hand-designed that morning.

One of my favorite parts of this process was getting to go with Katie to the Jacksonville Flower Market during her consult so we could curate the floral styles, textures, and color palette together. Getting to collaborate on the vision from the very beginning made bringing it all to life feel even more meaningful.

I’m definitely not a professional florist, but getting to step into the creative side and play with florals for the day was SO much fun. Watching the tables come together piece by piece felt incredibly rewarding, especially knowing how much trust Katie and Logan placed in me throughout the process.

There’s something so meaningful about clients who fully trust me to create, problem-solve, pivot, and pour my heart into their day. It truly never gets old, and honestly, it makes my heart burst every single time. 🤍✨

Hi friends! It felt like the perfect time for a little reintroduction.

I’m Megan, the person behind the emails, timelines, event days, client meetings, venue walk-throughs, floral installs, and all the little behind-the-scenes moments that make this business what it is. Over the last few years, this business has grown in ways I never could have imagined, and I’ve been so lucky to spend my days celebrating alongside the most incredible people.

While weddings will always hold a special place in my heart, this season of business has grown into so much more. From birthday parties and nonprofit events to private soirées and milestone celebrations, I genuinely love creating events that feel personal, welcoming, and meaningful to the people at the center of them.

A lot of what I do happens long before an event ever begins. Site visits, timeline revisions, vendor calls, design meetings, setup days, and all the little problem-solving moments in between. It can be a lot at times, but truthfully, I love every part of it. There’s something really special about helping people feel cared for and fully present during some of the biggest moments of their lives.

As this business has grown, I feel like I’ve grown right alongside it. I’ve learned so much, met so many amazing people, and found a deep love for creating experiences that feel thoughtful from start to finish. Whether I’m coordinating a wedding day, styling florals, officiating a ceremony, or helping bring a vision to life, my goal is always the same: to make people feel supported, celebrated, and at ease.

To every client, vendor friend, venue partner, assistant, family member, and supporter who has trusted me, encouraged me, or cheered me on along the way, thank you. Truly. I wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m so excited for everything still to come.

Some weddings just feel extra special 🤍 Being referred by past clients to help Mariel and John bring their vision to life was such an honor. From the signage to refining the overall aesthetic, every detail came together beautifully. And the biggest shoutout to their family for the stunning florals and decor setup that made the day feel so warm and personal.

If the morning wedding was elegance in simplicity, Michael & Lindsey’s celebration was the grand finale.

Planned alongside the incredible Mother of the Bride, who was truly phenomenal to work with, this wedding was a beautiful example of teamwork bringing a vision to life. Every detail came together so seamlessly, and the love surrounding this couple could be felt in every moment.

With a guest count nearly three times the size of the morning wedding, this celebration brought an entirely new energy to the day. And in between the two? We completely flipped the entire Club Continental venue from one wedding to the next in just 2.5 hours.

It was exhausting in the very best way, and such a rewarding accomplishment to pull off two completely different weddings in one day. Talk about putting a whole new spin on being double booked. 🤍

So grateful to Michael & Lindsey, their amazing families, and every vendor who helped make the magic happen.

Some weddings prove that simplicity can be just as breathtaking as the most intricate designs—and Cheree & Christopher’s day at the beautiful Club Continental was exactly that. ✨

Every detail felt effortless, elegant, and intentional. From the timeless setting to the stunning cakes that were almost too beautiful to cut, this celebration was a reminder that you don’t need excess to create something unforgettable.

What made this day even more special for me personally? It was the first of two weddings I had the honor of planning, coordinating, and executing on 4.25.26—both at Club Continental, each with completely different visions, guest counts, timelines, and vendor teams.

Two unique love stories. Two seamless celebrations. One incredible day. 🤍

Some weddings take months (or years) to plan… and then there are the magical ones that come together in just 6 short weeks.
Sara and James’ wedding at the River House in St. Augustine was a beautiful reminder that sometimes, a little pressure creates the most incredible moments. Every detail fell into place so effortlessly, and the result was an intimate, heartfelt celebration filled with so much love.
From the stunning setting to the dream team of vendors who made it all happen, this day was nothing short of special. Being both the wedding planner and officiant for Sara and James was such an honor, standing beside them as they said “I do” made it even more meaningful 💛
Proof that love doesn’t need a long timeline… just the right people, the right energy, and a whole lot of heart.
