POV: you risk it all for love… and a Florida forecast 🌧️➡️☀️

This proposal had us STRESSED for a minute 😅
We were watching the radar like hawks, pivoted the setup time, and drove to the beach in literal pouring rain thinking… “there’s no way this is happening.”
But then… just before we arrived—it stopped. 🤯

We knew we were on borrowed time (less than an hour ⏳), but Erik said “let’s do it anyway” and we were all in… fingers crossed, full send.

And somehow? It turned out PERFECT.
That soft, overcast sky? Actually dreamy.
The timing? Couldn’t have been better.

They wrapped up just before the rain came back like it was part of the plan all along.

Moments like this = a little chaotic, very stressful… and 10000% worth it! Congratulations Erik & Skylar💍✨

This one was bittersweet. We decided early this year that we were going to downsize, take some steps back, and focus on more intimate gatherings. It's been fun being the picnic party company that can accommodate 40+ guests, but 2025 is the year of "less is more" for 904 Picnic Co.

Having Breah's 40-person picnic be our last picnic of this size was perfect since she's been a repeat customer ❤️

We couldn't let February slip by without sharing this picnic. It was chilly and foggy, but these lovely ladies made the best of it ❤️ They brought a few extra things to elevate their experience, and it turned out beautiful!

September was for family ❤️
We still had several picnics, but after a busy summer, we were happy to have a little break. All the rain + a hurricane made it easy 🤣

We visited family.
Family visited us.
We deep cleaned our house & purged 🙌
We tried new recipes.
We took family walks.
We had 6 picnics - our slowest month.
October is quickly making up for the slow September!

We have limited availability left for October. The next 2 weekends are fully booked, but we're going to open a few more slots on our website. Thursdays & Fridays are starting to book up, too.
