It had been a long time for this new mom since her last self-care appointment! 💆🏼‍♀️ Like; a long - long time! Any other moms totally guilty of putting your self last? 👋 It’s me - I’m other moms!

As a personal goal in 2021 I have decided to make myself a top priority - allowing me to give my ACTUAL best to others! I too was a new mom not that long ago and I remember how impossible it felt to even sneak away for an hour; but BOY was I always glad I did. ✨

Since self-care doesn’t look the same for everyone some of the things that I’ve enjoyed adding to my routine are:
1. Time for journaling
2. At least 30 minutes outside daily
3. Conditioning my hair at least once a week
4. Revamping my hair and skin routine as my needs are changing
5. The fanciest pedicure I can find every three weeks

These are the things that make me a little less snappy and a lot more focused when it comes to work and family! 💕
