Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get said often enough…
If you wait until the last minute to hire a wedding planner, coordinator, or decorator, please don’t expect last-minute planning to come with a last-minute price.
When your wedding is only weeks away and suddenly you need someone to “pull everything together,” that typically means your planner is rearranging an already-booked calendar, working nights and weekends, making expedited vendor requests, solving problems that could have been avoided with more time, and taking on significantly more pressure to make your day happen seamlessly.
And while we absolutely believe in working within a couple’s budget, “budget-friendly” does not mean cheap.
Professional planning is a service. It requires time, expertise, organization, vendor relationships, communication, problem-solving, and—sometimes—a whole lot of behind-the-scenes magic that you never see.
Of course, your budget matters but so does our time.
We put our heart and soul into making your wedding day everything you've dreamed it could be and we will always do our best to find solutions that make sense for your wedding and your investment. But we cannot promise luxury-level service at bargain-basement pricing simply because the wedding date is approaching.
The best way to protect your budget is to hire your planner early. Early planning gives us time to compare options, negotiate where possible, make thoughtful decisions, and build a plan instead of putting out fires.
To put it simply:
