  the phone rang. It was a Promoter telling me she had tickets to the rooftop pool party at the Cosmopolitan so I could do some more Magic On The Roof. This is my second rooftop venue today. I headed over to the pool at 11 AM. Fortunately, I had a swimsuit on under my clothes cause pants are not allowed on the roof. There was a bachelorette party that was very happy to meet me. I did have to do a little dance for them. I have a pool kit of magic that I can take in my swimsuit pockets in the pool, including waterproof deck of cards.

When I’m looking at a facility I check with the kitchen staff to make sure they can handle allergy issues many of the VIP clients want to try greasy bar food because they’re used to caviar, and they also often are more aware of allergies. Many of the VIP guests want the fancy seven course meal so it’s also important to make sure the kitchen staff is prepared for that. Always important to know what the kitchen staff is capable of we wanna make sure the guests always have the best time. Some restaurants will only ever be able to handle Gastropub menus. Others will be capable of handling the full spectrum. Make sure you know what your staff can provide so the customer always gets what they want
