Exciting fundraising event for 350. Hors d'oeuvres served "small plate" style. 2 seafood items and 12 vegetarian/vegan items. A few challenges at this outdoor event, with a small tornado blowing through 45 minutes before serving. Once the tents were reset, tables back in place and everything dried up - we had a great event.

Last event of the week. Serving a buffet of Tuscan chicken, pasta Primavera, red skinned smashed potatoes, and a nice selection of fresh vegetables. Cheesecake with a blueberry compote completed a beautiful celebration.
