Every single event I have ever served has one thing in common.

Every single person wants connection.
They want to feel seen, heard, loved, and understood.

We need each other and it can be easy to lose sight of that.

Celebrating or going all out on a theme for seemingly no reason can feel silly or over the top or a waste of time but, I disagree. I think we need to do it more.

And that is my plan.
