What food has to be made in a commerical kitchen? Part 1 Cakes, Cupcakes, & Icing.
🎂Let's talk icing, frosting, fruit dips, cakes, and cupcakes with:
✔️ REAL buttercream icing (made with unsalted butter and/or cream / milk)
✔️Cream cheese icing or frosting (cream cheese)
✔️Swiss, French, or Italian meringue icing (use of eggs ) actually any meringue... even meringue pies.
✔️Ganache for frosting, filling, or strawberry dipping (use of cream)
✔️whipped cream frosting (use of cream)
🧁Now lets talk about little addition to the top
✔️fresh SLICED fruit, like a strawberry, peach slice, apple slice, etc (this is on the top or inbetween layers of a cake, or mixes into a dessert)
✔️fresh herb garnishments like mint, parsley, chives
✔️cooked meats like bacon on top of those donuts or cupcakes
🍰 Next lets talk about the cake or cupcakes itself
✔️ if it has fresh sliced fruit inbetween the layers
✔️ any kind of cream, curd, or ganache between the layers or stuffed inside
✔️any kind of cheesecake, even baked cheesecakes
You see the pattern.
Dairy products and eggs that are NOT BAKED INTO the product, fresh sliced fruit or herb garnishments that aren't cooked into the product.
