When Charles Faulk and I first came up with the idea of a club reunion after our 20th class reunion, we knew it would be fun—but we had no idea just how incredible this 14-year ride would be. Reuniting on the dance floor year after year, reliving the sounds of the DJs we grew up with in the late ’80s and ’90s, has been nothing short of amazing.

But as with all good things, the time has come to bring this chapter to a close—and we’re going out in style. I’m especially excited to welcome back KYPER for our final Throwdown! You’ll remember his iconic hits like Tic Tac Toe, XTC, Conceited, Throwdown, and more. You saw him on MTV, heard him on the radio, and—if you were like me—you caught his live shows at legendary spots like Katmandoos, Inez’s, Club Rendezvous, and more.

I’m also proud to partner with our longtime friends at Fuzzy Frequency Productions for this final club reunion. If you remember Zeb Zimmerman and David Herrington from the old-school days, you’ll be happy to know they’re continuing the legacy of music and dance for the next generation. After the Throwdown, we’ll keep the energy going at the official After Party at their brand-new spot in Jackson—Club Halo.

Whether you’re just getting into the club scene, still living it, or were part of it in the golden days of the ’80s and ’90s—this is the event you don’t want to miss. Let’s take it back one last time and dance the night away.
