ITS OUR 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY and we’re celebrating with discounts!!!
It’s hard for me to believe that I’ve been doing weddings and special events for 25 years! I can remember being 21 years old and planning my own wedding for nearly 500 guests in 3 months because the priest who was marrying us was reassigned to leave the country and we had just became engaged, so we had to work fast and plan quickly. I had the taste at the time, but did not have the budget!  Needless to say, with the help of friends and family we pulled off one epic party! Everyone asking how the heck we did it! Soon after I had a coworker from Jacobson’s reach out to me and ask for me to help with theirs, then another friend and another! I slowly started accumulating Decor and inventory in exchange for my help. It was a hobby and I loved it! I always tell the story that I essentially worked about five years for free (or at least it felt like it ) to collect my first real inventory of pretties and then things really started rolling! I wanted to be able to give everyone the wedding they wanted no matter what! And often times that meant letting them come work for me to work off their wedding. I have so many brides who have came back to me years later thanking me for giving them that opportunity that they otherwise would not have had! In return their families continue to use us! I’ve done a mother‘s wedding and then her daughters, their baby showers and their grandmother‘s anniversaries! Each thanking me for getting to know them on a personal level and coming back for years makes me feel proud!
