Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day rate is $600 all day.
Includes, Tables, Chairs, Refrigerator, and Wi-fi. For an additional $500 we can decorate which includes; Chair covers, Chair sashes, Runners or overlays, Centerpieces, Themed Backdrop, Balloon Column, and Placemats or Charger plates.

We have a few days available for rental in March, April & May. A $75 non-refundable deposit holds your date and goes towards the building fee.

$225 for 4 hours
$325 for 10 hours
Plus a $150.00 refundable security/cleanup deposit(due day of the event)

Decoration Package available (starts at $450 for 50 people)

Outside decorators & caterers allowed.
