This is a gofundme for my Logistics manager Kristy Thumser. She is the one who sets up the craft shows, marks the spaces and manages vendors day of events.

On July 27, my friend Kristy will undergo open-heart surgery. While we're hopeful for a successful procedure and a smooth recovery, the road ahead will be long and challenging for both Kristy and her family.

As they focus on what matters most, her health and healing, the last thing they should have to worry about is the financial burden that comes with a major surgery. Medical expenses, travel to and from appointments, and everyday household bills can quickly become overwhelming during this difficult time.

Kristy has always been someone who cares deeply for others, and now it's our turn to support her. We're asking friends, family, and our community to come together and help ease the financial strain so she can concentrate on recovering and spending time with the people she loves.

No donation is too small, and every contribution will go toward helping with medical expenses, household bills, and other unexpected costs during her recovery.

If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and social networks would mean just as much.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers. Your support will make a meaningful difference for Kristy and her family as they face this journey together.

On July 27, my friend Kristy will undergo open-heart surgery. While… Tasha Lynn needs your support for Help Kristy and Her Family Through Open-Heart Surgery

People don't just buy products ... they buy feelings. ❀️ Sometimes it's nostalgia that reminds them of Grandma's kitchen. Sometimes it's an emotional connection to a special memory. Sometimes it's because they trust the person behind the business. And sometimes it's as simple as wanting to feel like they belong to a community that shares their values.

The best businesses understand that they're selling more than an item - they're selling an experience, a story, or a solution. A handcrafted sign isn't just metal; it's a family name on the front porch. A handmade candle isn't just wax; it's the feeling of home after a long day. Every purchase has a reason behind it, and it's rarely just about the product itself.

If you want your business to grow, stop asking, "What am I selling?" and start asking, "Why would someone want this?" When you understand the emotions, memories, trust, and connections that drive buying decisions, you'll create customers who don't just buy once - they come back again and again because they connect with what you do.

Have you ever stopped to look at your event through your customer's eyes? It can completely change the way you do business. As organizers, we often focus on logistics, vendor layouts, deadlines, and behind-the-scenes details. But your customers are thinking about something entirely different. They want clear directions, easy parking, a welcoming atmosphere, friendly faces, and an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they head home. When you see your event from their perspective, you'll quickly notice opportunities to make it even better.

The same goes for your vendors. Ask yourself questions like: Is load-in simple? Are booth spaces clearly marked? Is communication timely? Do vendors feel appreciated? Every small improvement builds trust and creates an experience they'll want to come back to. People may not remember every detail of an event, but they'll always remember how they were treated and how easy - or difficult - you made their day.

The most successful businesses don't just sell a product or host an event - they create an experience. Put yourself in your customers' shoes regularly, listen to their feedback, and don't be afraid to make changes. Sometimes the smallest adjustments have the biggest impact. When your customers feel valued, they're far more likely to return, recommend you to others, and become loyal supporters of everything you do.
