We make authentic neapolitan pizza using poolish, a prefermented dough starter. Using only Caputo Flour so our pizza is all natural, unbleached and unbromated. Using this traditional method gives you a better tasting, gut healthier and easily digestible product. We've been using this method from the beginning which is one of the main reasons we have remained consistent giving our clients the quality product they deserve.
