Hotel Ezra Cornell is an annual, weekend-long educational conference hosted by the students of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration for leaders of the hospitality industry. Comprised of educational seminars, leisure activities, and food and beverage events, the weekend strikes a thoughtful balance between education and entertainment. The purpose of the weekend is for students to practice the

Happy holidays from HEC 101 🥂
To celebrate the upcoming 101st Annual Hotel Ezra Cornell Conference, we’re raising a glass with a festive Holiday Spritz made using the HEC 100 commemorative Champagne!

Holiday Spritz Recipe:
3 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
1 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz club soda
Garnish: pomegranate seeds + rosemary sprig

We were so excited to announce this year’s HEC 101 philanthropic partner, “Food Education Fund” (FEF) in November at the Hotelie Hall of Fame. During the weekend, we had the opportunity to meet with members from the organization and hear about their mission to teach students from Title I schools important skills such as career development, culinary skills, and offers them experiences to be successful in the workforce.
