What a fu***ng joke, 50lbs of fat trimmed from 100lbs of brisket. As well as brisket up over a $1 more a lb in the last month. If I was food trucking this week I would have lost money on every piece of brisket I sold. Glad I got the worst brisket ive ever seen for my own wedding im catering. Who needs some BEEF FAT?

Smokin Somethin BBQ will be open today August 7th next to Lyndonville hardware from 11am until sold out. Its also rib day with 17 racks on the smoker. We won't be out next week so now is your chance.

Smokin Somethin BBQ will be out tomorrow August 7th from 11am until sold out next to Lyndonville hardware.We are coming locked and loaded for a full day and except cash, cards, and apple pay. Next week we are taking off to prepare for our wedding. We are doing our own food and still have lots to do before the big day on August 16th so get it tomorrow while you can its also baby back ribs day.
