Smokin Somethin BBQ Smokin Somethin BBQ is a catering and food truck business that is going on 6 years. We recently opened a BBQ "Snack Shack" in Island Pond, VT.

We are open Thursdays and Fridays 11am-8pm from June-September for take out and outdoor seating only.

Our schedule this week has changed a bit. We will not be at RK Miles in St.J on Thursday due to a funeral. We will however be set up in Island Pond on Friday and Sunday from 3pm until sold out for the labor day concert series this weekend. We have two weddings to cater Saturday so we may not be there that day.

We will be at RK Miles from 11ish until sold out or until thunderstorms roll in.

Large buffalo chicken mac and cheese feeds 8-10

3 lbs of brisket, foil pan of mac and cheese, 2 lbs dill pickle pasta salad feeds 6-8
$90.00

Any of these can substitute sides if you dont like the ones listed, we have dill pickle pasta salad, mac and cheese, coleslaw, corn bread, ruffles chips.

Tomorrow August 25th Smokin Somethin BBQ will be at the LAST St.J food truck night at the Pavilion between 4:30pm and 7:30pm. Thursday August 27th we will be at RK Miles at the mall from around 11am until sold out.
