Roscoe Coleman is a self taught chef starting in the food service industry over 25 years ago as a grill cook in corporate cafeteria after leaving grueling construction work in brick masonry. While learning hospitality and food service management, he was soon promoted to Chef / Manager and developed a passion for people, food and cooking techniques. nager to Executive Chef of 2 restaurants in New Jersey while catering part time. The experience led Roscoe to commit full-time to his own catering business and RMT BUFFET CATERING was on its way! Chef Roscoe is continuously learning and developing a unique style for flavors by combining traditional methods with contemporary techniques. Chef Roscoe's creativity in designing buffets, platters and dinner plates adds to the ambiance of every catered event. Chef Roscoe's imagination compliments his ongoing quest to make each event unique. Roscoe has prepared food for many guests and many occasions. His experience and professionalism is demonstrated in his work. He believes in his motto:
