Shelly Archer and Hope Valentine built legacies that helped shape an industry.
Cohera is proud to share that Shelly and Hope will transition from their day-to-day executive roles to serve on Cohera’s Board of Directors. This next chapter keeps their vision, experience, and leadership right where it belongs: helping guide Cohera’s future at the highest level.
Shelly’s journey helped grow 360 Destination Group from four Southern California offices into a national organization with 20 locations. Hope helped scale CSI DMC from two offices into a national company with 14 locations. They both played a pivotal role in the merger that created Cohera. Their stories may have started in different places, but their impact now lives in the same foundation Cohera is building from.
As Board members, Shelly and Hope will continue advising executive leadership, shaping long-term strategy, mentoring emerging leaders, and staying closely connected to the clients, partners, and people who have been part of their story all along.
So yes, we’re celebrating. Big time.
For the careers they’ve built, the teams they’ve led, the doors they’ve opened, and the future they’ll continue to help us shape.
