As 2020 comes to a close (FINALLY!), we want to take a minute to thank all of our clients who have been so gracious and understanding about postponing their weddings, some multiple times. We are so lucky to have such amazing clients and friendor partners.

We thought long and hard about what photo we wanted to end the year with and couldn’t have chosen a better one. This photo was from Candace and Allan’s wedding. Their wedding holds a special place in our hearts, not only because they were wonderful to work with or that we had four past couples who attended as guests, but also because they were our first and last wedding of 2020.

Like so many of our couples this year, they were kind and patient as their special day was filled with so much uncertainty due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been heartbreaking to see each and every couples’ wedding day come and go without the celebrations we all dreamed of.

Suddenly, we went from wedding planners to at-home teachers for our little ones. While we missed our clients and friendors terribly, we have been blessed with quality time with our families and that is something to be thankful for.

This year has certainly put us all through the ringer, but it has taught us a lot about kindness, priorities, and humility. We are thankful for each and every person that has been a part of our 2020, because what we have experienced together will only make us stronger and better. Cheers to a brighter 2021!
