You all know I don’t usually tell people where to go or what to eat...
But hear me out...........this one’s worth it.
Baylee Jo's BBQ in AV is absolutely worth it. Everything on the menu is solid, but I’m just going to say it GET THE SALMON. It’s unexpected. It’s amazing. And once you’ve had it, you’ll be thinking about when can I come back.
The second you walk in, it hits you, that smell that tells you that you made the right choice. Jeremy knows what he’s doing, and it shows in every bite.
And the staff? They treat you like they’ve known you forever. From the moment you walk in the door, you know they appreciate you coming in and choosing to come to Baylee Jo's.
Now to talk about their catering. When you say "Catered by Baylee Jo's" people get excited. You tell someone it’s coming from Jeremy and his crew? They’re already grabbing a plate. To top it off they do everything and do it perfectly like a well oiled machine.
We absolutely love Jeremy and everyone at Baylee Jo's and what they bring to the Farmington area with all their caterings and friendship.

Our Story

Nestled among the hills of beautiful Arcadia Valley about 5 miles outside the Missouri towns of Arcadia and Ironton lies a quiet little "piece of heaven". Valley Mists Farm, home of Valley Mist Events, has been a family owned farm since 1971 and is located on 120 serene acres in a little valley surrounded by wooded hills.

We initially built the barn and gazebo by the pond for our daughter’s wedding with the intent of the barn becoming my husband’s shop afterwards. Her wedding was so beautiful and so many friends and family urged us to consider opening a wedding venue, that we did. I have wanted to be a part of the wedding business since my early 20’s, but the timing hadn’t been right before. It is so exciting and such an honor to be able to provide support and a backdrop for a couple’s start on their journey together.
