Hey all ... I'll be doing my first cook Saturday morning 9/14 at C.A.R. (Chisolm Auto Repair) located on Chisolm hwy next to the new dollar store in Wayne county. I'll have BBQ and smoked baloney. BBQ & Baloney sandwiches. 1/2 and whole sticks of baloney and 1/2 pans of BBQ. Sandwiches bag of chips and soda 5$ , 1/2 sticks baloney 20$ full sticks 40$. 1/2 pan of BBQ 40$ . Thank you all who came down to the Loretto Farmers market and watched my griddle demo. As promised the marinade recipe.
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
2 Tablespoons ginger powder
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
