Mr. Arnold and Chick-fil-A sponsor Spring Hill’s Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy, which has impacted over 370 students so far. Mr. Arnold speaks to the students at the kickoff meeting each year on leadership principles and brings food for the students. The program culminates with a community impact project. This year, the leadership program is offering a $1000 scholarship to a senior who completed the Leadership Academy as a junior. Mr. Arnold is a true champion of growing student leaders, both in school and through his business.
