We’ve recently heard from several of our customers (and we truly appreciate those of you who have taken the time to stand by us) that another local business has offered to lower their prices in an effort to earn customers who have already received a quote from us.
We’re not here to name names or create conflict. They know who they are, and that’s not the kind of business we want to be.
There have been many occasions when customers have reached out to us looking for something we didn’t have available, or when we were already fully booked. In those situations, we have been happy to recommend other local businesses — including the very business we’re referring to here. We believe in supporting one another, because there is room for all of us to succeed.
We are a small, family-run business simply trying to make an honest living while providing something fun and affordable for our community. We started SillyBean Inflatables with the goal of giving local families an opportunity to enjoy quality entertainment without having to travel far or spend a fortune.
We believe in being honest, working hard, treating people with respect, and supporting other small businesses whenever we can. Those values are important to us, and we will continue to stand by them.
We are incredibly grateful for every customer who has chosen SillyBean — whether you’ve rented from us once, have been with us from the beginning, or simply recommend us to your friends and family. Your support means more to our small business than you may realize.
At the end of the day, we understand that everyone has a budget. If another company is able to offer you a better price and that works better for your family, we completely understand. There are no hard feelings.
We will continue focusing on what we do best: providing friendly, reliable service, offering fair pricing, supporting our community, and treating our customers the way we would want to be treated.
