I am proud to present you a new event I'm calling BITCH N' STITCH! This is about getting together, crafting, coloring whatever hobby you enjoy and just getting a good bitch session in. Join us on Sunday, June 28th from 2-4pm at ☕️

Now of course, I cannot let you come into this space and let you bitch about any specific people or allow any kind of hate speech. Duh, we know that.

This is meant to be more harmless, those little petty things that are out of your control and you want to just have someone tell you "yeah that stinks!" because your professor wouldn't let you round up a percentage to get an A+ or your street has construction on it and now you have to drive an extra 3 minutes to get home. We all have them! 💖

And you MUST listen as much as you bitch, no one sided complaining, this isn't therapy!

Last night marked the end of an era for the 🥲

Many of you know my love for the heartlanders but some of you are probably wondering what my affiliation is and the answer is I really just do it for the love of the game. Last season Colin and I started to become super fans and we began the campaign to pack section 115 🫡

During the summer I approached the team and asked if we could collab, then came bingo where I got to call with the legend himself . Over time I've slowly found community with the team from the players to all the front office and supporting staff. It's been a privilege to host bingo, the empowerHER panel and a singles mixer! Even getting the chance to grab the mic to host a mini game. I ended up getting the chance to sell 369 (nice) tickets this season and it's been incredible sharing this team and community with new and returning fans! I was recognized this last Sunday as a top fan and have been crying all week about the potential end of this franchise.

All that to say this is my call out to this community. While you all have turned to me for third spaces and community, the Heartlanders is where I turned and now I have a hole in my heart. I implore you, if you love something - please go support it! I have no regrets this season, I showed up for nearly every game and gave them as much support as I could muster.
Now we've all had feelings before of "oh I loved that place .. but I hadn't been there in a while." We MUST support communities and third spaces wherever they may be. If you love something, yell loud and proud about it!! Post on your socials, drag your friends there, ask how you can support them! It doesn't have to be monetary and I know it can seem crazy to do something for free but sometimes it's worth it to see a community thrive ❤️

So if you've made it this far in my sappy post I'd love to see you comment a place you love and you want to see some more love at! And if you're looking for community and third spaces please know you can always find it with me but there are MANY others doing a great job who will take you with open arms! ❤️

So let's do something special for Earth day in the meantime! Let's go outside for a causal color walk at Kent park!!! All you have to do is bring your phone or a collection box and you'll pick a color to look for out in nature 🌷

This is just a super causal way for us to get outdoors 🥰

You can park at the beach parking lot and that's where we'll meet up! Can't wait to see you then!
