With the help of some AMAZING friends, we got 350 lbs of grass seed planted and our bridal suite cleaned out and pressure washed this past weekend. Next stop: Bridal suite lighting, counter tops, mirrors and decorations. 💗

We are going to have a pumpkin patch! We currently have 58 packets of pumpkin seeds, with more seeds on order, like fun colors and specialty pumpkins.

We don’t want to just be here for weddings, we want parties and gatherings of all kinds! We are planning a hanuted house to go with our pumpkin patch, maybe a big Easter egg hunt next year? What else should we do??

Also, you can see I changed our FB name. I didn’t love the last one, we we are just going to try them out til we find the perfect venue name. Let me know if you have any great suggestions!

Hay feeders turned into flower beds. 1,000 seeds planted of insect repelling herbs and flowers for around the barn. Made an appointment for tomorrow to talk to someone about a business website. What a great day. 💗

Finishing up the removal of the old flooring in the hayloft this weekend! We have also been movings tons (literally) of dirt next to the barn to level out for grass. 💗💗

Last week we carefully piled up a thousand corral rails that we have taken down, so we can use them for other projects. This week we realized they are exactly in the way to hook up the new electrical box so we moved a thousand old corral rails again. 🤣🤣

This week we also got a quote for underground sprinklers, and quotes for new roofs on both the bridal suite barn and the big barn. It’s coming along!! 💗💗

Today was HOURS of ground leveling, ripping out fences and placing 20 something new fence posts in the ground. Huge thank you to our loved ones who helped today. 💗
