About Neidhammer Weddings & Events:
Located in the vibrant heart of Indianapolis, Indiana, Neidhammer Weddings & Events is a renowned venue known for its breathtaking architecture, historical background, and exceptional service. As we expand our team, we are looking for three highly motivated Sales Managers to elevate our corporate and wedding event bookings.
What You Will Do:
As a Sales Manager 1, you will:
• 🚀 Develop and execute innovative sales strategies in collaboration with two other dynamic Sales Managers.
• 🎯 Focus heavily on corporate sales, utilizing your expertise to forge lasting relationships and secure lucrative contracts.
• 💍 Actively pursue and close wedding sales, contributing to our reputation as a premier event space.
• 🤝 Work closely with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate promotional strategies with sales efforts.
• 🏢 Mostly Remote Work: This role is primarily remote, with the exception of conducting tours of our venue to potential clients.
What We Offer:
• 💼 Competitive Commission Structure: Earn 7% on sales up to $10,000, 10% between $10,001 and $20,000, and 12% on sales between $20,001 and $32,000, with potential bonuses for exceeding targets.
• 📅 Biweekly Direct Deposit: Stay financially fluid with regular commission payments.

• A persuasive communicator who can ‘sell water to a whale,’ demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
