We want to personally thank everyone that came out and supported our event. Most importantly we want to thank the chefs that competed, you guys killed it and put on one hell of a show!

Now let us introduce our final chef competitor, Wyatt Garner!

Wyatt started washing dishes at beholder last November and quickly moved his way up to line cook. This will be his first competition. He says all he wants to do is to learn about food and hone his skills as a cook.
We are sure with the knowledge and skills he has learned so far working at Beholder he will be a fierce contestant!

Quinn Trevino!

Quinn moved to Indianapolis in 2017 to work at Milktooth. Since then he has cooked at several restaurants in town including Beholder, King Dough, and Turchetti’s. Alongside cooking, he has spent multiple years in both retail and wholesale butchering and now features his passion for sausages through the Thin Glizzy pop ups. Quinn currently cooks at Bluebeard.

Let’s announce our first competing chef shall we?

First up…. from

Myranda moved to Indianapolis in 2013 from Decatur, Indiana to attend The Chef’s Academy. She aims to build a well-rounded skillset learning and working in different kitchens around Indianapolis. Currently, she heads the lunch program as daytime Sous chef at Bluebeard.
