Hey Indy friends.
We posted last night, but we’re a super DIY emo night party. It’s really just me and one other person running everything, with occasional help from friends at other shows. Every dollar we make goes right back into this because this has always been about building a community, not making money. We also do everything we can to make sure the venues we work with come out ahead too, especially with how many independent spaces across the Midwest have been shutting down.
Last night at Black Circle, our crossbody purse and camera bag were stolen from the green room. Inside was about $300 cash, two credit cards (both have been canceled), and our camera gear: a Canon EOS R8, one lens, three filters, batteries, a flash, and cords.
We do not care about the cash or anything else, we just need our camera back.
We’re not local, so we can’t check pawn shops ourselves, and a police report has already been filed.
If anyone sees or hears anything, please reach out. We’re offering a $200 reward for the safe return of our camera gear, no questions asked.
